ORDERS AND TRACKING

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Simply click on the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

Do I need to register online before placing an order?

No, you do not need to register before placing an order, you can simply proceed with a guest checkout and register later!

How can I change the details of my account?

Simply visit your Account, click 'View Address' and then 'edit' to change your account information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to the quick turn-around time of our orders, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all Canadian and USA provinces/states.

I live in the USA, what fees or duties will I be charged?

For USA orders, USPS will charge the recipient all applicable duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the person who receives the package. Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collection upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the amount that these will be before your order is delivered.

How do I return or exchange an order shipped to the USA?

All USA orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do sold out items ever get restocked?

Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items. You may contact your local Fairweather store for availability.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Visa-Debit and Mastercard-Debit.

There is an error in the shipping address I provided. How do I change it?

We work hard to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, unfortunately we cannot edit or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you are looking to edit your saved shipping address for future orders, please log into your account, click ‘View addresses’, then you can either add a new address or edit an existing one.

I haven't received my package yet. What should I do?

Please allow up to 3 business days from your order’s delivery date before contacting us for an investigation. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate further.

What is your return policy for items purchased in-store?

Any item(s) purchased in-store cannot be refunded. However, we are pleased to offer you an exchange on any purchase within 15 days of the original purchase date. Please note that items only qualify for exchange if they are unworn, unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear), and have the original tags attached. The original receipt must also be presented at the time of exchange.

How do I redeem my In-Store Issued Gift Card online?

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept in-store issued gift card redemption for online orders. We accept online issued E-Gift Cards for online orders.

How do I check the balance of my In-Store Gift Card online?
