U.S.A. SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping (3 - 10 business days) - $9.99

Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to customs and duties imposed by the US customs. Customers are solely responsible for paying all duties and customs fees. All rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders from the USA. All sales are FINAL. Express shipping is currently unavailable.

Order Processing

Orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship to all Canadian and USA provinces/states. All orders are shipped via Canada Post/USPS.

Please note the delivery timelines indicated in the shipping rates above begin when the package has been picked up by the carrier from our distribution centre. Please follow the tracking link provided in the shipment confirmation email to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please ensure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly as we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned due to an “Undeliverable Address” or Refused/Unclaimed, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s), minus the original shipping fees paid. If you received free shipping on your order, a restocking fee of $7.99, plus taxes will be deducted from your total refunded amount.

Please note that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. Shipping charges will not be discounted or refunded.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, Fairweather reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Fairweather reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Similarly, Fairweather reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution centre, you will receive another email with shipping information and your tracking number. Simply click on the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution centre. Please follow the tracking link provided in the shipment confirmation email to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

If the tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check your community mailbox, with property managers, or apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but Fairweather does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them directly.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it or your package is in transit longer than the advertised timelines in the above shipping rates, please contact the shipping carrier (Canada Post or USPS) to address the issue directly with them. Fairweather does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier or delivered later than the advertised timelines above. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered or packages delivered later than the advertised timelines above.
